Welcome back to Edison Junior High School where Pride, Excellence and Tradition is our motto. We take great pride in making our students a number one priority. We strive to make a vibrant learning community in which we emphasize excellence in learning and provide opportunities for every child to realize his or her potential in a safe environment. Our outstanding staff works hard designing engaging lessons in order to achieve equity and excellence. We strive to build positive relationships and prepare our students academically for the 21st century.

I am happy to announce that Edison has received the highest rating of "Excellent" on the State of Ohio's district report card. We are extremely proud of our students, staff, parents and PTO for helping us to achieve this recognition.

SCHOOL NEWS
Please be aware of the school dress code as you prepare your child for the coming year.
Below are a few important reminders. The dress code may be viewed in its entirety in the student handbook available on this website.
 ~ Shorts/skirts may be worn year round provided they are neat and BEYOND fingertip length.
 ~ Pants and shorts must be worn appropriately and pulled up to waist level. Sagging pants are not permitted.
 ~ Clothing that is torn, tattered or with unnecessary holes is not permitted.
