Special Invitation:
The Perry Library would like to invite Lohr Elementary School to join our
"Story Time and Family Game Night" on Tuesday March 16th, 6:30 - 7:30 pm.
There will be fun for the entire family including stories, songs, games for
the entire family (board games, card games, puzzle word games, etc), crafts
and library scavenger hunt. Library cards available with proper ID. For more

Lohr is fortunate to have the support of a very strong P.T.O. (Parent-Teacher Organization) and an active volunteer program. School volunteers donate several hundred hours to the students of Lohr School each year. Lohr School offers an after-school program to third, fourth, and fifth graders called "Achievement Adventure." Students meet with teachers in small groups for 10 sessions. Test taking techniques and skills in the five proficiency areas are reinforced to give students the confidence they need to pass the Proficiency and Achievement Tests.
The latest addition to our playground includes a new playground unit. The financial support for the unit was made possible through support from the Lohr PTO and Fitness Quest.
Over the years, both parent volunteers and the staff have supported the school family-oriented activities. These activities have included special nights at Wendy's, Movie Nights, Bowling Parties, Lohr Family Fun Day, Science Fair, Book Fair, and Perry Fun Day.
