Library Rules
· RESPECT library books, materials, and others!
· Walk around the mat!
· Tip your chair, you loose it, it's a safety issue.
· Always use wooden shelf markers.
· No talking in line then Whisper Only elsewhere!
· Quite tables = Rocking chairs or Listening centers
· Use rockers gently do not plop on bean bag chairs.
· Mat area is a no talking zone.
· When a computer is free, use it. No Lines Waiting!
· Forget to return books, read from magazine rack.
Caught being Kind :)
IF you are caught being extra kind or extra helpful to others you will receive a "Kingdom of Reading" dollar. Put your name,grade, and teacher on the back and each month there will be a drawing for a special prize!

Library Achievement Award
Grades 3-5
ONE Library Passport will be given to all students' grades 3-5. Do not loose this Passport! No replacements will be given! This is the only record of your reading!!!
Students must read 10 books, 1 from each passport area.
When all 10 areas of the passport have been stamped and all required reading is complete students names will go up on the READERS ARE LEADERS BULLETIN BOARD in the library and will be rewarded with a medal of Achievement at the end of year Awards Ceremony.
